A.CHAL has unveiled a brand new song titled “TYPE” with a cyberpunk-inspired music video. This release follows the track “Hollywood Love” that the New York City-based artist and Gunna unveiled last month.
Measuring at approximately three minutes and a half, the song is backed by a syncopated electronic groove featuring blaring kick drums with sprinkles of 16th-note hi-hats. A.CHAL’s echoing vocals blend seamlessly with the beat’s rising synth leads, culminating in an intricately layered composition. Delivered in both English and Spanish, A.CHAL’s bi-lingual flows are expressed with lines like “Shake, shake, eres mala / Shake, shake, pa’ la guala” and “Big bad in your Uber / Money, come ride in it.” Accompanying the tune is an animated music video depicting a nightly scene of a lounge with two women sharing a drink on one side of the room and a man sitting by computers at the other side.
