STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The rehabilitation of the Woolley Avenue and Bradley Avenue bridges over the Staten Island Expressway will be discussed by members of Community Boards 1 and 2.

Representatives from the state Department of Transportation will participate in the joint Zoom meeting with the boards' traffic and transportation committees to update them on the plans.

Members of the public who would like to join the meeting are required to fill out the webinar registration form on cb2si.com to receive the Zoom Link.

The joint virtual Transportation Committee meeting will take place at 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 2.

Community Board 3 will host two virtual committee meetings this week. The Traffic and Transportation Committee will meet on Wednesday, Nov. 4, at 7 p.m., with no planned agenda.

Also, there will be a virtual meeting of its Health & Human Services Committee on Thursday, Nov. 5, at 7 p.m.. During the meeting, JoAnne McKernan, program director of adult services for the YMCA, will speak about addiction and services available from the YMCA.

Next week, Community Board 1 will hold its full board meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 6 p.m., during which representatives from the Department of Housing Preservation and Development will discuss Site A at the Stapleton Homeport. Anyone interested in speaking must email lcrosby@cb.nyc.gov by Nov. 6.

Open to the public

All Community Board meetings and meetings of their committees are open to the public. They provide an excellent opportunity for residents to learn about happenings in their neighborhoods and surrounding areas.
