Lockheed's board adds former Chevron finance chief
Lockheed Martin’s board of directors has elected a new member in Patricia Yarrington, a 38-year Chevron veteran who retired as chief financial officer in 2019.
Yarrington will serve as an independent director on the board, Lockheed said Monday. She also will serve on the audit committee and management development and compensation committee.
Her career also includes service as chairman of the board of directors for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco between 2013 and 2014.
