Introduction
The March 3, 2021, 6:30 pm Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board meeting will be held in-person at City Hall located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133 with board members and City staff appearing in-person.
Public Comments for the PZAB meeting will open on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 5:00 pm. The deadline to submit prerecorded phone messages is Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 5:00 pm. The deadline to pre-register for live phone comment participation during the meeting is Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 5:00 pm. The deadline to submit public comment via the online form will occur when the Chairperson closes the public comment for the meeting. On the evening of the meeting, public comment may be submitted at the terminal setup in the lobby at Miami City Hall located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133.

How to Provide Comment
Public comment may be submitted at City Hall inside the City Commission Chambers located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 6:30 pm. Additionally, the City is providing the following additional ways for the public to submit public comment. Please feel free to select from one of the options below.

You can pre-register to receive a callback at the beginning of the board meeting. You may click on the link below to provide your contact information over the web so that you receive a call on the afternoon of the meeting for you to provide your public comment. You may also pre-register to receive a callback by calling 305.250.5354 and leaving your full first and last name and the best telephone number at which to contact you. The deadline to pre-register for a callback is 5 p.m. on March 2, 2021. Please note, voicemails will not be distributed during the meeting and will not be included in the public record.
