While you might expect a modern-day interpretation of the E-Type to have an electric powertrain, under the custom aluminum hood is a rebuilt version of the E-Type's original 3.8-liter naturally aspirated engine producing 300 hp, paired with a bespoke five-speed gearbox.
Thanks to extensive use of aluminum, the reimagined E-Type weighs only 2,645 pounds. While the elegant design remains faithful to the original E-Type, the classic sports car has been upgraded with modern luxuries and technology to make it easier to live with on a daily basis including electronic power steering, alloy front brakes, adjustable suspension, a heated screen, and soft close door system.
Inside, the bespoke interior is trimmed in a mix of soft suede and semi-aniline leather and features modern LED lighting, an upgraded Bluetooth stereo system, and air conditioning. Premium leather is also applied to the toggle switches, steering wheel, and grab handles.
