STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Community Board 1 will hold a virtual full board meeting on Tuesday, June 8, at 5:45 p.m.

Community Board 3
Community Board 3 will host a virtual meeting of its Parks and Recreation and Environmental committees at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 8. There is no set agenda.
Also, the board’s Land Use Committee will host a meeting on Wednesday, June 9, at 7 p.m., during which the Department of City Planning will present the Health and Fitness Text Amendment. This is part of an ongoing effort to help small businesses recover from economic losses endured during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The city is working to allow these businesses to open “as of right,” or without first seeking special permission through the Board of Standards and Appeals.
Also, the following applications will be presented:
An application for an appeal to permit construction of two residential homes that will be located within a portion of the bed of a mapped but unbuilt street at 106 and 108 Winham Ave.
An application to permit construction of a one-story warehouse building that does not front directly on a legally mapped street at 500 Industrial Loop.
An application for an appeal to permit construction of a one-story warehouse building that does not front on a legally mapped street at 155 Johnson St.

Community Board 2 has no meetings scheduled this week.
